There is no way to find out through In-portal. The best way is to contact your server admin; another way is to look at email headers generated by the server - they usually say what MTA generated them.

I am not sure what this is :-?

Any chance to ask the hosting provider or server admin?

This is very unusal. If all text is there, and the email is actually arriving, there is no reason for it to be empty...

Cordin,

Have you changed configuration under Configuration->General->SMTP (mail) Server ? If you have filled in mail server address there then In-Portal will try to use this server, rather than PHP's default mail() function.

We need to know which way In-Portal is sending mail on your installation to find out more.

The Configuration in In-portal has nothing filled in for SMTP(mail) Server.

Hello Codrin,

Please open a new support ticket for this problem. We would need an FTP access to your server.

Thank you.

I don't think this is just specific to one person. When I do a reset password request, the email body comes across blank.

Hello Cory and other users,

There is a small bug which is causing this problem. It will be patched in shortly coming 1.0.7.

Thank you.
